Dane A. Wagner
Mr. Wagner received his B.S. (2007) in Geology from Western Oregon University. He is on track to become a Registered Professional Geologist, and is presently a GIT (Geologist in Training). From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Wagner was a Project Manager with a geotechnical engineering consulting firm which specialized in rockfall mitigation, slope stability, geotechnical instrumentation and debris flows. Mr. Wagner has developed rockfall mitigation plans for many local and state agencies as well as for private industry. He has previously been retained by Owners and Contractors as an inspector for multiple projects over $2 million, in which his duties included construction monitoring, scheduling, testing, inspection and quality control. Mr. Wagner has also authored and co-authored multiple papers on rockfall and landslide mitigation, presented workshops on debris flows and attended international rockfall, debris flow and avalanche product training.
