Arthur C. Johnson IV (Buddy) is Vice President and Corporate Safety Officer of HI-TECH Rockfall. Buddy oversees and supports operations to ensure they have the necessary resources to achieve safety, cost, schedule, and quality for our clients and employees.

Buddy began his carrier with HI-TECH Rockfall in 1996 and has been part of the industry since. Having begun his career as a laborer in 1996, Buddy soon moved into a leadership role as a project foreman, project superintendent, chief estimator, operations manager, and Vice President and Corporate Safety Officer.

Buddy has excelled in the industry with his in-depth practical experience in rockfall and natural hazard mitigation. During his time at HI-TECH Rockfall, Buddy has been involved in the development of many new innovations and techniques that have helped to provide increased safety for both clients and workers.
