HI-TECH Rockfall Construction, Inc., founded in 1996, is located in Forest Grove, Oregon, USA. HI-TECH is a General Contractor specializing in rockfall mitigation and slope stabilization systems, and is considered to be the industry leader in designing and installing rockfall protection and slope stabilization systems throughout the United States. HI-TECH constructs a vast array of rockfall mitigation and slope stabilization systems in a variety of locations such as along our highways to protect the traveling public, protecting railroads and dams, in quarries and mines to protect operations, at military facilities, construction sites, commercial and residential properties. Since its inception, HI-TECH has provided a variety of services on rockfall mitigation and slope stabilization projects across the United States. The systems we have constructed include, but are not limited to, wire mesh drapery, cable net drapery, rockfall catchment barriers, anchored mesh, attenuator systems, rock bolts, rock dowels, rock blasting, rock scaling, shotcrete, debris flow systems, anchored mesh systems. HI-TECH also offers design and consulting services.

While HI-TECH specializes in rockfall mitigation and slope stabilization, we have experience in other areas of construction and can potentially provide a variety of services. Services include high wall stabilization, earthmoving and excavating, geotechnical exploratory drilling, tie-back retaining walls, soil nails, installation of pizeometers and inclinometers, horizontal drains and temporary protection measures.
Our employees are highly trained and skilled workers, and we are pleased to state that due to our specialized training of our field employees, our safety record is the best in the industry. All of our field employees are OSHA, MSHA, First Aid, Forklift and Manlift certified, while many are also trained in Blue Stake, Confined Space, Lock Out/Tag Out, Open Hole and Pit Driving, as well as Sprat/Irata, Environmental (Hazwoper/Asbestos/Lead) and Railroad access.
